Part 2

Okay...so apparently there is a limit to how many pictures you can post at one time...and I reached it.
so here is part 2.

You can read them out of order if you want, but I'm going to assume you've read them in order so I don't have to explain anything twice.

Look what I found!  It was on Dianne's Facebook page and I kind of stole it.  LOL But the kids think it's funny.  

Also from Dianne's page but I stole them to show you how much Maddie looks like Grandpa to me.

We were talking to Liz on this day and making goofy faces.  This is a picture I stole from Liz's post about the event.  Liz and I tried to take pictures at the same time.

Science wanted us to learn the whole Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order... stuff... so here we are grouping animals to make learning that more fun.

 After we were done talking to Liz, Jubi ran off and got the owl Liz made her.
"I lub my ow-ghul! Liz gabe it me." She said when I took her picture.

I keep trying to convince her that she'd have more fun with those toys if she'd just learn to roll over.

She keeps insisting that no baby should ever have to lay on their tummy. 

Although she does cave sometimes and have fun on her belly.

Wait.  What?

Okay.  Maybe a little.  Just a little. 

Playing outside.

Glued into it, I say. 

I was a super nice mommy and let them play water.  In the house.  On the carpet.  One day while I was sewing.  The baby's LOVED sliding down into the pool.  

And Abby was really glad that I got the sewing done.  This one is her Halloween costume/dress up outfit like Emma's Emily dress.
It's Kirsten's Birthday dress.  She asked me for it before Samantha was re-released otherwise she probably would have asked for Samantha's dress...but as this one was already cut out, just waiting to be sewed together...
and secondly, you are looking at every bit of pink I have left so we had to fake the underdress and underskirt.  It's all one piece.  Samantha's new dress would have taken much more pink and I couldn't have done it.  But here it is and her headband is my take on the flower garland Kirsten wears because you are also looking at every last fabric flower I have.

When Liz was going to be deployed, we made her a bunch of envelopes with each month written on the outside.  We were going to mail them all at once when she thought she couldn't get mail, but then she discovered she could get mail so we waited.  But we lost a few of them.  And re found them.  This one was the paper Turkey Abby made for Liz to have thanksgiving while she was deployed.  Now we've sent it (and assuming it doesn't get lost) Liz gets it for Thanksgiving in Germany.  

Noah made these scrambled eggs ALL BY HIMSELF.  Yep.  That's right.  You are looking at a future chef here.

 One of the kids took this picture in the car.  I don't know why but I liked it.  It's different.

Jubilee looks as proud as though it is her own birthday cake 

Brandon saw this and said, "Did you know you have a weed in a jar in the living room?"
I said, "It's fall and it's beautiful!"

He said, "Okay."

The kids thought, "Fall!  That's cool how mom decorated with the leaves on the table.  We'll just help it along..." and then they pulled off every last leaf and our fall decoration lasted all of one day.

She LOVES these people.  These and Peekaboo are probably her favorite toys.

Someone's ready for a nap.  

What was the first clue?

I said, "Do you want a nap?  Are you ready to go night-night?"

and this is the look she gave me.

I took her up to bed and she rolled onto her side, shoved her fingers in and was asleep before I left the room.

I made this for school.  I ran copies for the kids and they all colored it.  I wanted it to look more alive and inviting than just a dry bookshelf.   I wanted stuff to be just "bursting" off the pages.  :)  And I made some blank copies too for them to fill in the blanks as we learn them.  

Here is a comparison between Emma and Jubilee at about the age 2.

Emma is the top row and Jubilee is the bottom row.  I think the bathtub one of Emma (top right) looks sooooooo much like Jubilee that they could be identical twins if you could put them together at the same age.  But the other one of Emma looks like she's thinner through the face than Jubilee and so I think that makes it different but she still has a lot of the same features.
