Our Fun Life

Sleeping is best done with your feet up.

Drinking hot chocolate while we put up the christmas tree

Emma wrote her name with Legos

 Trying to capture smiles

They built a castle out of the boxes the toys came out of and a toy microwave.

Again...Mom got out the camera.  I won't smile.

Tummy time.  Jubilee hates tummy time even with all this company

Trying to get a good picture of the 5 of them.  Jubilee was sleepy, gassy, and had a wet diaper.

After the diaper change and the burp.
Isaiah's turn to hold her.  I did about 5 with each kid holding her and took the best ones.

Abby's turn--Jubilee was kicking Isaiah so he couldn't smile.

She then proceeded to kick Noah too.

Noah's turn to hold her.  He's scared of dropping her can you tell?  That and she weighs roughly half his weight.

"Let's try this again with Emma holding her and maybe we can get a good one for Emma too."
Ooops...blurry on the first one.  One more time?

And she started screaming again.  Well, that's about as good as it gets.

The Fun Continues!

Typing with a fussy baby on my chest--excuse short grammatically incorrect sentences.

They're Hoctopuses.  :)  LOL

Mom, do I HAVE to be a pumpkin?  Can't I just be a Jubilee?

A "fat" little monkey.

A hotdog

A fairy princess

Another Fairy Princess

Too tired to go another step

school

more school...wide angle so you can see what Jubi does during school

Scrapbook pages without the pictures in page protectors make fun things to use dry erase markers on

sooo tired.  Too tired to get into bed all the way.  Or get undressed.  or anything else...

Jubilee modeling the owl swaddle/blanket/whatever I made

It swaddles with arms in

or arms out.  She likes arms out.  I use it in the swing in the living room because it gets cold by the window.

It's a Ju-bee.  :)  She's not impressed.
This is the second swaddle thing I made her.  She was super upset with me for taking pictures and not burping her.  I'm TERRIBLE at burping.  I can't get anything out.

You can't tell but she's still screaming under the binky that she's a mili-second from spitting out.  She hates binkies too.

Abby's birthday
Tip: put big marshmallows on cupcakes in the last 3-5 minutes and you've "frosted" the cupcake.  It was pretty yummy.  Don't do it too early though or it looks gross.

For Christmas, the girls are getting Barbies and Barbie stuff.  I took one of every size Barbie we had and made clothes for all of them.  These are the matching family outfits.

Jubilee sleeping...this is right before the spit up explosion that made me late for my doctor's appointment.  Oops!

See!  There's an owl in my house!

He dressed himself.

We are hosting a Bible Study group in our home.  We have 29 people currently in the group.  What you see is seating for 29 if you count the 4 kid chairs in the corner, the high chair, the two rolling desk chairs, the two folding lawn chairs, the 5 plastic chairs that are oldish and possibly unstable, and the 2 bar stools at the island.  It's also "bring your own chair" so if you don't want to sit on one of those you have options.

I am NOT big enough to sit here.  I don't care what you think!  I'm just not!  Even if it's only for a second so you can put the plates on the table and make drinks.  I'm NOT big enough!  I don't like it!

playing
We had a stomach virus take over our house.  This is day 1.  Only Emma is sick here.  Note the bucket and blanket.

Day 2 Emma seemed better.
Day 3 It seems like we've missed the worst of it.  Nothing is going on.

Day 4 or 5...
Okay, so I don't think she has it.  She spits up all the time anyway.  But see how she's sleeping with her mouth open?  She can't breathe.  Too many boogers.  She's been this way since Thanksgiving off and on.  And just generally fussy.

Emma feeling sick.  This is actually day 1 still.  They are watching La Loopsy and playing with them at the same time.

Look who's smiling!!! *It's super hard to catch on camera.*

More attempts to catch a smile

When did my first born get so big/old?

Day 4 or 5.
It started in the night.  Emma started throwing up again.  Then Noah, then Isaiah, then Abby.
In this picture, Noah had been feeling better and was playing "dragons" by himself and wanted Isaiah to play too but Isaiah just wanted to sleep.

Then (next day?  I don't know.  I've lost track under the mountains and piles of laundry and dirty carpet and dirty everything) Abby was out of it too...

But Emma was feeling better for a while

I've been keeping this one away from them but I feel like I'm bringing her all the germs anyway.

At any rate, she's been having a hard time keeping the same clothes for long too because she has been messing out of both ends.

how this one got down here, I'll never understand
